Awarding the annual Prize of Academician S.K. Akshulakov

Applicants for the award were selected on a competitive basis, for a high rating grade for the entire period of study and active participation in practical and research activities in the field of neurosurgery.

The award winners 2024 are resident of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov in the specialty “Neurosurgery, including pediatric” - Zhomart Tursynbekov and resident of JSC “National Center of Neurosurgery” in the specialty “Neurosurgery, including pediatric” - Aiman ​​Maidan.

This prize has been awarded for the third year, on a competitive basis in the amount of 150,000 tenge for each competitor, regardless of the course, basis of training (grant, contract) and language of instruction of the resident.
