Kerimbayev Talgat is a head of the Department of Spinal Neurosurgery and pathology of peripheral nervous system, MD, Professor, neurosurgeon of the highest qualification category, Chief specialist on spinal neurosurgery KAN RK, the Winner of the State Award of the Republic of Kazakhstan in science and technology. He is a founder of modern spinal neurosurgery in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the author of 10 innovative patents for the invention, the developer and the initiator of implementation of 30 modern low-invasive technologies. Annually performs more than 350 most difficult operations in case of pathology of a backbone, spinal cord and craniovertebral pathology. For the first time in the Republic of Kazakhstan implemented the following main innovative techniques: 1. Endoscopic methods in spinal neurosurgery. 2. Endoscopic removal of hernias of disks. 3. Microsurgical removal of hernias of disks by means of low-invasive the tubulyarnykh of retractors and an operational microscope. 4. Application of intraoperative neuronavigation in case of backbone pathology. 5. Application of intraoperative neuromonitoring in case of spinal pathology 6. Microsurgical removal the intramedullar and the extramedullar of tumors of a spinal cord of remote localizations using intraoperative neuromonitoring. 7. Microsurgical removal of tumors of cervicooccipital localization and slope of a skull. 8. Transoral accesses in case of pathology of craniovertebral area. 9. A technique of a one-stage total block resection in case of tumors of a backbone and spinal cord. 10. A technique of the reconstructive stabilizing transactions in case of post-traumatic deformations of a backbone. 11. Technique of transpedicular fixation. 12. Is the co-director of 3 State scientific grant projects MAUN RK on spinal neurosurgery: 1. "Development of standards of surgical treatment in case of degenerate and dystrophic diseases depending on a defeat type"; 2. "Development of new approach for recovery of the injured spinal cord by means of transplantation of a peripheral nerve and hydrogel on the basis of the hyaluronic acid containing autologichny mesenchymal stem cells, neurotrophic growth factors and a hondrotinaza of ABC"; 3. "Development and deployment of scientifically based suggestions for improvement of diagnostics and surgical treatment of patients with neurosurgical pathology using innovative technologies".
