Kuanyshev Yerbol is a transfusiologist of the Department of Transfusiology. The general practical experience – 7 years. Has the second qualification category. In 2007 has graduated from "From the Orenburg state medical academy of Federal agency on health care and social development of the Russian Federation" in medical business, in 2009 has passed specialization in transfusiology at "Almaty state institute of improvement of doctors", in 2011 "The innovation technologies in transfusiology" in JSC Mediсine Astana university. Has acts of implementation of technologies: fibrinous glue in endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal surgery of base of skull and brain, microtyping gel technology in immunohematologic researches of recipients, intraoperative hardware reinfusion of erythrocytes at neurosurgical interventions. Has developed Policy and rules of safe use and transfusion of components of blood. The main activities in the field of clinical transfusiology: the organization and rendering high-quality and safe transfusion therapy in neurosurgery, immunohematologic researches by microcolumnar method, IH-Com and Ortho BioVue technology; in the field of blood-saving technologies: intraoperative hardware reinfusion of erythrocytes at neurosurgical interventions, C.A.T.S system.
