Talgat Omarov
Talgat Omarov is a Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "National Centre for Neurosurgery", he supervises administrative, legal, corporate, personnel issues, and also the organization of purchases of the Centre. He has graduated from the Kazakh State Medical Academy (1996-2003). In different years he worked as a chief expert in the Ministry of Health of RK, chief manager of JSC "National Medical Holding", head of departments of organizational and methodical work and risk management, Director of development of JSC Republican Scientific Center of Neurosurgery. He is a Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "National Centre for Neurosurgery" since 2016 to the present.
