Only shareholder
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2016 No. 162 "On the acceptance of shareholding of the joint-stock company" National Centre for Neurosurgery "from private property into republican property under a donation agreement" by order of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 416 dated 6 April 2016, 100% of shares of JSC "National Centre for Neurosurgery" were taken into republican ownership.
The rights of ownership and shareholding of JSC National Center of Neurosurgery were transferred to the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan (act of acceptance and transfer of January 25, 2017 No. 5).
